I was commissioned to design the official logo for a local soccer club, crafting a strong visual identity that embodies the club’s values, community spirit, and passion for the game. The goal was to revive a piece of local history by reintroducing the Fighting Tigers mascot—once the symbol of Richmondville CSD before its merger with Cobleskill CSD, home of the Red Devils. The club’s president wanted to honor this legacy by bringing back the iconic tiger, reinforcing community pride within the organization.
Throughout the design process, I collaborated closely with the club to develop a cohesive team color palette, incorporate symbolic elements, and create a vintage-inspired yet versatile aesthetic. The final logo not only captures the club’s competitive spirit but also serves as a unifying emblem that strengthens its connection to the community on and off the field.
